RETURNS
All products, except lens, have a full warranty of 30 days.
If your product is damanaged:
- Keep the packaging used to ship the good.
- Contact us as soon as possible to have a RMA number and instructions how to send back the good.
- We will exchange the good for free.
If you wish to return a good or if you want a refund for any reason:
- Contact us to have a RMA number and instructions how to send back the good.
- Shipping cost will not be refunded.
- A restocking fee of 15% will be applied.
